The competition consists of three stages: two remote stages and one live stage. Everyone is welcome to take part in the remote stages. The winners of the competition chosen by the organizing committee will take part in the final concert of the competition and in the final gala concert of the festival.

The competition is open to participants between the ages of 18 and 33.

Duets, ensembles can take part in the competition. In the application form, they need to specify the Ensemble category. The information in the category is entered for one member of the duet.

There is no limit to the number of participants in the remote audition.

The performer may specify in the application form his/her stage name in brackets after his/her full name. And in this case his/her stage name will be used in the winner's diploma. The passport details are required to enter into a contract to get the prize he/she will receive if he/she wins.

The host party pays for meals, accommodation and internal transfer in the city of Kazan. Other costs are at the expense of the sending party or the participant.

Participants should perform in their native language (region, country).
